 Our store is open anytime for your convenience! Customer support is available from Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out during those hours! 

 You can easily order books through our website, and we’ll have them shipped directly to you! Just browse our selection, place your order, and we’ll take care of the rest. 

All orders are carefully packed and shipped within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking email once your package is on its way. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. 

 Not yet, but we hope to in the future! For now, we currently ship within the U.S. and offer free shipping on orders of $50 or more. 

 We carry a wide variety of books, including genres like horror, fantasy, science fiction, and much more! Whatever you’re interested in, you’re sure to find something that captivates you. 

 Our Blind Date Book Bundles are surprise reading experiences available through our Etsy shop — also linked under The Dragon’s Circle tab on our website. Each bundle is hand-wrapped with love, sprinkled with a touch of magic, and includes fun extras like bookmarks, tea, and trinkets to make your unwrapping feel like an adventure.  

 Yes! While most bundles are surprises, you can include a note in your Etsy order or use the personalization box to request a genre or theme (like fantasy, romance, or mystery). Access our bundles through The Dragon’s Circle tab to visit our Etsy shop and make your request. The Dragon will do its best to match your reading mood!  

We offer a mix of new and gently used books — each one carefully inspected to ensure great condition. It’s part of our mission to give stories a second life while keeping reading affordable and sustainable. 

 We’d love to hear from you! Visit our Author Submission page to share details about your book. We feature both indie and traditionally published authors, and we’re always excited to support fresh voices and imaginative stories.

Return Policy

At The Book Dragon's Grimoires, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer the following return policy:

Returns:

1. Eligibility: You may return any new, unused book within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Books must be in original condition, free from marks or damage.
2. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
   • Books marked as final sale
   • Used or damaged books

Return Process:

1. Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at bdgrimoires@outlook.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Shipping Returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50.
3. Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

If you wish to exchange a book for a different title, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired book.
